I have a 2009 Flex Limited with Navigation with SYNC. My phone stopped connecting by Bluetooth two days ago. No phone, no music, nothing. When I push the Phone button, a pop up comes up saying no phone connected. I push the Settings button to pair the phone, and there is no code to pair the phone. Not only that but the list of phones (4 in total that had been paired with the system) no longer appear in the device list. I push the Advanced tab in Phone Settings and the menu is completely blank and grayed out. The option for a Master Reset is not even there. It is just an empty list. Anyone else had this? I searched the forum and didn't find anything other doing a Master Reset that I am unable to do because that button is now missing. HELP!
